Two original prints are being auctioned in support of OCAD University (OCADU) Printmaking students’ upcoming thesis exhibitions. The auction will run from February 22 – March 9, 2011. Auction prints are on display in the Printmaking department, 3rd floor of the main OCADU campus at 100 McCaul Street (South end).
The images, donated by two OCADU Printmaking alumni, Christopher Hutsul and Amanda Nedham, were executed and printed by 4th year Printmaking Thesis students. These prints were produced as part of “There Will Be Printing In The Streets” – a steam roller printing festival presented by the OCADU Printmaking department in conjunction with Printopolis, an international symposium on contemporary printmaking, produced by Open Studio.
Auction bidding can be done in person (by signing the bid book in the Printmaking department, 3rd floor of the main OCADU campus at 100 McCaul Street) or via email to email@example.com – email bidding closes at noon on March 9th, while in-person bidding continues until 3 pm. Reserve bid on both prints is $300.
